Newest Product Offering Marks Company’s return to PDA Market

Mikel Maron, el autor de GeoRSS y actual contribuyente al proyecto Open Street Map, ha logrado desplegar mosaicos OSM en su iPhone. Lo que hizo fue reemplazar a Google como data source en la aplicacion de mapas del iPhone. Definitivamente un excelente hack para los que generamos nuestros propios mapas. Claro que seguimos seria genial si tan solo el iPhone tuviera un receptor GPS!… pero esperamos este add-on en cualquier momento.

Para los que tenemos discos duros almacenando información por doquier, este Dock muy parecido al del iPod es la perfecta solución; el mismo modelo acepta discos de 2.5″ o de 3.5″ y realmente presenta ventajas sobre los actuales adaptadores SATA-USB que hay en el mercado. El boton azul (nunca seran demasiados los LED´s Azules) se oprime para desconectar el disco y poderlo extraer, y mientras lo utilizamos “brilla” indicandonos que se encuentra en uso.
